Sabudana Appe Recipe for Navratri Vrat

Appe is a steamed South Indian dish that is prepared in an appe, or an aebleskiver pan. Different types of batter with different ingredients can be used to make this snack. In this version, we are preparing it with sabudana, or sago pearls. They are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
