Kyrgyzstan Laghman

Kyrgyzstan laghman is a one pot meal. It is very popular and for good reason, it is simple and delicious. They are very good at letting the flavors of the meat and vegetables shine through, without a bunch of spices. It is a refreshing way to enjoy a meal. One of the stars of the dish are the homemade pulled noodles. They were so much fun to make, they came out perfectly. What a treat to have homemade noodles. I will make this dish often.
