Kurore (Honey Treats)

Kosovo Kurore is a popular treat to enjoy at the end of a meal or just with a nice cup of coffee. These little treats are made with fried dough that is flavored with lemon zest and brandy. They are then dipped into a honey coating with ground almonds and bits of raisins and apricots. They are a little tricky to make as the dough is soft and sticky but once fried and dipped, perfectly yummy!
