Egg Fried Rice Recipe Inspired by Uncle Roger

Perhaps you've heard of the famous Malaysian comic, Nigel Ng, better known as his character, "Uncle Roger." His YouTube video went viral after he criticized a BBC cooking tutorial in which Hersha Patel prepared egg fried rice. Later, he also criticized the egg fried rice made by two other famous chefs, Jamie Oliver and Gordon Ramsay. Uncle Roger is very confident about his own cooking skills!
