Dominica Mango Sorbet

Dominica Mango Sorbet is just one fruit you could use to make this delicious and easy dessert. A refreshing recipe for any warm day or just when you feel like you need a nice tropical fix. I made mine in a vitamix blender which I love for many reasons, a quick and easy sorbet is just one of them. If you don’t have a vitamix any high speed blender or ice cream maker will work. I served the sorbet on top of watermelon slices with pieces of mango, it was a perfect ending to our Dominica journey, enjoy!
