One pound of large shucked oysters; flash frozen and vacuum packed by Corina Corina Seafood in Galliano. Approximately 2 dozen per pack. Salty and delicious, once thawed they taste like they were just caught.

Crawfish (Tail Meat)

Fresh frozen tails from the 2020 crawfish season. One pound of crawfish tails, partially cooked, packed and ready to be shipped to you. This product is Certified Cajun and strictly a Louisiana product.

Jumbo Lump Crabmeat

Vermilion Bay Sweet jumbo lump crab meat; freshly picked then flash frozen in a 1 lb. vacuum pack by Louisiana Blue Crab in the small town of Kaplan. Jumbo lump comes from the the two large muscles connected to the swimming legs. The blue crab is plentiful in south Louisiana, and the flow of our bayous, wetlands, and marshes into the Vermilion Bay and surrounding areas enhances the natural sweetness of our seafood. Harvested in this rich environment by Louisiana Blue Crab, the crabs are then steamed using a specialized steam retort, expertly picked and scanned with a black light to make sure the majority of shell is removed. What's so special about Maryland colossal blue crabs anyway? It has to do with the unique weather and the type of estuary we have in the Cheseapeake Bay. To sustain them through the winter, the crabs have to build up extra fat stores which gives them that sweet, buttery flavor you won’t find in other types of crabs or in blue crabs from other waters.
