Pasta al forno is probably one of the most caloric dishes from the Sicilian cuisine. There are many variations of this dish with more or fewer ingredients but we decided to go far a basic recipe! We are aware also that the ring-shaped pasta (Anelletti!) is not easy to find in the US. In this case, our friend Amazon can help us! This is the recipe for a basic baked pasta, but in Sicily there are lot of variants of this tasty dish! You could find it with ham, pepperoni, boiled egg, fried eggplants… So, try add these ingredients at your taste, your limit is your fantasy!
