Ӕbleskivers (Danish Pancakes)

From:

Ӕbleskivers (Danish Pancakes)
ReviewIngredients
Ӕbleskivers (Danish Pancakes) have been a tradition in Denmark for hundreds of years. They are made on the stovetop in a special pan called a “munk”. The pan has several round indentations in the top. To flip them, the Danish use a long knitting needle, but chopsticks work too. They can be enjoyed plain with just some powdered sugar or they can be filled with jams, berries, cream cheese, chocolate or applesauce. However you make them, you will love it, they are delicious! I made ours with raspberry preserves.
